We (really!) try to respond to all inquiries within 1-3 business days with the understanding that emails received over the weekend and during peak Spring + Fall season may take a little longer

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM SPEND?

We book our clients on a case-by-case basis depending on variety of factors such as venue location, season and staffing - to name just a few and our minimum spend changes depending on the time of year you are getting married. For 2024 bookings, we have a $5,000 minimum spend and do not offer a la carte florals at this time.

Do you work with lgbtq couples?

When I first began this business it seemed silly that I would need to advertise as an LGBTQ-friendly vendor because, to me, there is zero difference between a straight or gay wedding when it comes to arranging flowers... However, I am not ignorant to the world we live in and realize there are businesses refusing to work with and honor LGBTQ couples.

When it comes to where I stand, I consider myself a proud ally and friend to the gay community; I support the community with my dollar and vote to promote equality for all. I strive to do my best to provide an inclusive and comfortable space for all persons. I promise to provide high-quality services to all my clients, regardless of orientation, while still appreciating the uniqueness of my LGBTQ couples. At the end of the day, a wedding is about two people coming together as one in unity, commitment, and trust - and in that special moment, love wins.

And to any potential couples reading this who are not friends to the LGBTQ community or supportive of equal human rights, please know that Forsythia Florals may not be the best choice for you. If you know me at all, then you know I care far too much about people over profit.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE ORDER OUR WEDDING FLOWERS?

We have worked with clients from eighteen months out all the way to 3 weeks notice! However, generally speaking, 10-12 months is a good rule of thumb to find and book your desired florist.

Do you offer discounts at certain venues?

We are pleased to offer a 5% discount at the following venues:

Do you offer rentals?

Yes! We offer everything from arches to vases to candles. If you have any items that you wish to rent for your wedding day, we likely have it. Just ask!

Can i request specific flowers in my design?

I encourage you to communicate your floral preferences to your florist if you have specific flowers that you would like to include in your wedding day. That said, we appreciate your understanding that floral designers work under the mercy of Mother nature and our Wholesalers, so while we can’t guarantee specific stems, we do our very best to fulfill all requests and provide gorgeous substitutes if needed.

DO YOU OFFER TEAR-DOWN SERVICES?

Absolutely! We offer transportation of the flowers, set up at the venue and teardown services, meaning we return to the venue upon the event ending to clean up and remove all flower-related items and rentals. This is includes in almost all full service quotes and will be noted in your proposal.
